Walnut kernels 200g
Water120g 120 g
granulated sugar 60g
Dark rum15g
butter15g
Salt 1g
Black sesame 30g
How to make walnut crisps
Step 1: Prepare the Materials

Step 2: Bake the walnut kernels in the oven at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes to make them more fragrant and crispy.

Step 3: After the walnuts are roasted, add water, sugar, butter and salt to the pot and heat over medium-low heat.

Step 4: Bring to a boil, then add rum and continue to heat until the whole process is on medium to low heat.

Step 5: Heat until thick and with small bubbles. Turn off the heat, add walnut kernels and black sesame seeds and mix well.

Step 6: Make sure to stir until the walnut kernels are no longer sticky and are separated! Pour out and cool, and you’re done.

Walnut crisps cooking tips
